Nebbiolo grape pomace powder and flour

Grape pomace flour
Coarse-grained, it can be used in the flour for pasta and pastry, together with white flour or other types, using 25% of grape pomace flour and the remaining 75% of other flours of your choice.
It is a vegan and gluten-free flour.
Excellent for these recipes:
- Tagliolini, Tagliatelle, Malfatti, Ravioli, Gnocchi.
The recommended flours to add are type 0 and 00 or mixed wholemeal semolina.
Consider the natural acidity of the grape pomace flour when seasoning and combining your food to your liking. -
Bread- recommended with type 1 flour.

Schiaccina and pizza- recommended with type 1, type 2, and wholemeal flours.

Biscuits, cakes, and crumble- recommended with type 1, type 2, wholemeal and also mixed wholemeal flours.

Grape pomace powder
A soft fine-grained powder ideal to enhance sweet flavours, and to add to your beverages (a tablespoon or as desired) especially to fresh fruit ones, smoothies, centrifugal juices as well as yoghurt.
It goes well with honey, jams, even cheeses, ricotta, and it is suitable on different types of salad, also with seeds.
We recommend you serve it with meat, boiled meat and chicken breasts, and certain types of fish, by adding seasoning and flavouring if you wish.
It goes well with vegetables such as carrots, onions, pumpkins, and courgettes, but not with cucumbers, aubergines, and bell peppers.
